If you don’t already have drawings, we’ll design and implement drawings for proposal and submit this for approval to the local council. In the unlikely event of your proposal being rejected, we’ll make the necessary changes to gain approval.
Step 3.
Structural
On approval start with structural calculations to finalise the schedule of works and materials involved.
Step 4.
Design - Interior Design & Material Nominations
Choosing your finishings and materials to suit the style you’re after. We can design, source and nominate anything for you. You can choose how involved you’d like us to be and we will be there guiding you along the way.
Step 5.
Building Control
We submit any drawings required to building control for approval.
Step 6.
